Conilie Return and Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days if there are any defects or quality issues with the product.

The deadline to cancel an order is 14 days from the date you receive the product or from the date a third party appointed by you (other than the shipping company) receives the delivered product.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will refund the amount paid within 30 days from the date we receive the returned product. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 14 days.

  • The product is in its original packaging.

Inspecting the Product Upon Delivery:

Upon receiving the shipment, you must open and inspect it to ensure there are no damages. If you are unable to inspect the product immediately, we recommend recording a video while unboxing it for the first time to protect your rights in case a return or refund is needed.

Non-Returnable Products:

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Perishable goods or products with expired validity.

  • Unsealed products after delivery due to health or hygiene reasons.

  • Products that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse any return requests that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Products:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product. Please contact us to arrange the return process. If the return request is made after the 14-day guarantee period, it will be considered an exception, and you will bear full responsibility for the return process, including shipping costs and any associated risks, as we do not typically accept returns beyond this period.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss of the product during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or proof of return delivery.

At Conilie, we always strive to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a seamless shopping experience. If any error occurs on our part, we will handle the issue to guarantee customer satisfaction.

If the shipment is inspected upon receipt with the shipping agent and there are no issues, but you still wish to return the product, you will be responsible for the shipping cost—even if you initially received free shipping. This policy helps reduce logistical losses, as we cover shipping costs for both delivery and return.

We do not add any hidden fees to the product price to claim that shipping is free. Free shipping is covered from our profits when you purchase products worth more than 2,000 EGP.

Gifts:

  • If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned product. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • If the product was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
